Hektar REIT is managed by Hektar Asset Management Sdn. Bhd., and the property manager is
Hektar Property Services Sdn. Bhd.
Since 2023, the REIT has pursued portfolio diversification across multiple asset classes to enhance resilience and strengthen the stability of its income streams. The REIT currently owns six (6) shopping malls, including one (1) hotel, one (1) education asset, and one (1) industrial asset, and maintains a semi-annual dividend policy.
